The view is fantastic. We saw a lot of rural Kefalonia with this as a base. Breakfast was excellent. Staff was very friendly and helpful. So close to Petani Beach, it was perfect.

This is better than a 4-star hotel. It is a family business where an authentic elderly greek couple takes care of everything. They welcome us with homemade sweets once a few days. They also clean the rooms and change towels and sheets every 2-3 days. The rooms are big and cozy and they also have beach umbrellas. The kitchen has everything you need to cook a quick breakfast but also a meal (for those that have time for this).

Amazing house furnished with new comfortable mattresses, furniture and appliances with great views of the ocean and mountains, We stayed 4 days and toured all of Kefalonia. Argostoli, Melisani caves, Myrtos Beach, Assos Beach, Fiskardo Village, Agios Gerasimos holy monastery, as well as the gorgeous beaches nearby which are Petani Beach and Atheras Beach. Stellios, who owns the house, is friendly and knowledgeable. He provided us with insight on how to go about our journey in Kefalonia, which saved us time and provided our last day there to explore that side of the island. We will definitely book again with the Sea and Olives house.

Well this is one of the best places I have ever been to! Cozy, clean, amazing location with breath taking sunrises and relaxing evenings with a glass of good wine! The hosts are more than welcome, they make you feel it is your own place in Kefalonia. The apartment is huge, equipped with everything you may need! I do recommend this place as it is in my opinion the best you can be!

    Quiet area, close to Athera and Fteri beach. Parking is just in front of the house. Wifi works well. Airco works well. During the night we preferred to sleep with window open since it is a quiet area. We had everything we needed, including chairs and umbrella for the beach. Hosts left a lot of food in the fridge and in cupboard for us.

    The villa is just amazing. It is super clean and tidy. It is equipped with everything you need. The living room and the kitchen are modern. The bed is comfortable. The house has an amazing garden with a sea view and you have a private parking spot right in front of the house. The most amazing part of our stay was Olga (the owner). She was so nice and friendly, that we felt as we are part of her family. Thank you for everything Olga! We will come again in September! :)
