Christos and Maria did an amazing job designing this property. Every detail and amenity were well considered and very stylish. The patio was steps away from the lounge chairs and directly on the water. The views were stunning.

The place has a stunning sea view and is located in a peaceful area. Within a short distance, you can reach several beautiful beaches. The property is also very clean, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing stay.

Amazing view, location, calm, sweet family owning the house…

I had one of the best accommodation experience with my family. Amazing location with direct beach access and amazing view. Well decorated and always clean rooms with kitchen. You have everything you need including complementary coffee. We were welcomed with some local wine and homemade jam as well. Most importantly, the owner Georgia and Hara made us feel like home everyday. I can write more and more about 8Moons.

The sea in front of the hotel was beautiful. The beach facilities were great, and I really enjoyed the breakfast. The staff was also very friendly.

This beach house was one of the highlights of our three weeks travelling in Greece. It had an amazing porch right on the beach, to watch the sea and gorgeous sunsets. The kitchen was more than adequate and the washing machine on the back porch was just what we needed. If you are looking for if for peace and quiet, this is it. Also, if you are interested in great cocktails please go see Dimitri at the bar next door.

Perfect architecture and helpful staff

The house and the Vourliotes village are magnificent. The view from the balcony on the second floor was beautiful, perfect for enjoying a sunset lasagna dinner. Katerina the manager was very kind and helpful.

The property is less than a year old so everything is in a pretty new condition. The views are lovely and there is the added charm of some fresh lemon, lime, olive and plum trees around the property. In Samos you need to have a car to reach most places regardless but it was located only a short drive from central kokkari and right across the road from the beautiful Tsamadou and lemonakia beach.

As some others have written, this is a unique property that needs to be approached with an open attitude. Ultimately, I found the quiet, lush location in the mountains to override any issues encountered with the property, and I would stay here again: you can't get much more romantic. I decided to think of it as a little like glamping. The bed was extremely comfortable and the kitchen contained everything we needed to make simple meals. The water was potable and the bathroom was fine. There are hiking trails nearby and a nice restaurant just below the property. We also walked into town to the market without issue. Communications with the host (who was not on-site) were pretty easy. She told us that someone else (apparently a long-term guest and friend) would show us our apartment, and that worked out fine. I appreciated the drying racks and the oil lamps were a lovely touch.
