Marcos was an excellent host immediately making us feel welcome and valued as guests. The accommodation is functional and covers all the basics and was very clean. Being outside of town made it a place to relax and unwind. Views at all times of day were lovely, however sunset was absolutely stunning and felt lucky every night we got to witness the changing view. Great base location for exploring the island. Coming from hospitality backgrounds, we are wary of staying in hotels, however both Marcos and Valery were outstanding hosts and made the place feel like home. Can't wait to visit again!

We had a wonderful time with our family at this lovely hotel. We didn’t want to leave! There are two different beaches — one private and one public. There’s plenty of food and drinks, and the whole area is very green and lush. We were lucky to have a shared pool right by our room (shared between three rooms). The à la carte restaurants are excellent — we visited two of them, and everything was just perfect!

I had the most incredible experience at the Blue Bay Resort Hotel in Agia Pelagia! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and hospitality that made me feel like a cherished guest. The resort's location is absolutely breathtaking, perched on a hillside overlooking the stunning Cretan coastline. The panoramic views from my room were nothing short of awe-inspiring, and I found myself captivated by the beauty of the deep blue sea and the serene atmosphere. The staff at the Blue Bay Resort Hotel are second to none. They went above and beyond to make my stay as pleasant as possible. Their friendliness, attentiveness, and willingness to assist with any request made me feel like I was in a home away from home. The level of service truly exceeded my expectations. The accommodation was luxurious and meticulously maintained. My room was spacious, elegantly decorated, and equipped with all the amenities one could desire. The comfortable bed provided me with a restful night's sleep, ensuring I was ready to embrace a new day of adventure. The dining experience at the resort was a culinary delight. I sampled a wide array of delicious dishes that celebrated the flavors of Crete and the Mediterranean. The on-site restaurants offered a variety of options, each prepared with the freshest ingredients and an artistic touch that made every meal a memorable experience. The resort's facilities, including the pristine swimming pools and spa, provided ample opportunities for relaxation and rejuvenation. Whether I was lounging by the pool, enjoying a spa treatment, or engaging in water sports, there was never a dull moment during my stay. One of the highlights for me was the Blue Bay Resort Hotel's commitment to sustainability and the environment. Their eco-friendly practices and dedication to responsible tourism really impressed me. It's refreshing to see a resort that cares about the planet and actively take steps to minimize its environmental impact.

Wonderful house, Spacious, calm and clean. Situated in the middle of fields and orchards at the skirt of a small village.

We were greeted very warmly by Kostas and Demetra. The place is even better than the pictures, because you can't imagine how beautiful and serene the view is. And low light pollution so you can see all the stars at night! There's even an telescope provided by the gracious hosts. Not to mention the quietness, only hearing bells from goats. This is why we chose the place. Also we wanted some middle-way between Heraklion and Chania, and even so we could not see all the places we saved so we will have to come back. The place was spotless clean and all utilities present + a few newcomer gifts too. Thanks for everything!

Exceptionally good vacation. The hotel is amazing with the water park, private beach, variety of pools, bars, and restaurants- just perfect. We had two rooms on the first line to the beach, we just walked each morning to the hotel’s beach at the morning. Staff were extremely nice and helpful.
