My stay at the Aegean Dream Hotel was everything I hoped for and more. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with genuine hospitality and made to feel right at home. What I loved most was the location. Waking up to beautiful views of the Aegean Sea each morning was unforgettable. The hotel was spotless, comfortable, and had a relaxed atmosphere that made it easy to unwind after a day of exploring. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always willing to offer recommendations or assistance. The rooms were well-maintained, comfortable, and provided everything I needed for a pleasant stay. I also enjoyed the delicious breakfast and the peaceful surroundings. Overall, my stay at Aegean Dream Hotel was a wonderful experience. It was the perfect combination of comfort, hospitality, and stunning scenery. I left feeling refreshed, relaxed, and already dreaming about returning someday. Highly recommended for anyone looking to experience the beauty and charm of the Greek islands.

I think this is the best possible place and house in Chios. It really exceeded our expectations. Location is perfect! Just a minute away from the sandy Karfas Beach. If you travel there when the sea temperatures are not very high, Karfas is the best place to swim as its water is warmer than others. The view of the house was exceptional! It has a beautiful sea view from every part of the house. This is a 2 story stone house. Actually it has 2 separate flats. There are 2 rooms in each floor. On each floor, there a twin bed in one bedroom and 2 small bed (sofalike) on the other room. There is a small kitchen with nice and clean kitchen appliances. In front of it, there is a patio with table and chairs. Lidl and My Market was few minutes away. We bought our food and prepared nice breakfasts and dinners on the lovely patio. The house is on the side of a hill very close to Karfas beach in the middle of greens and trees. There is nothing in front of the house except for trees and sea, so it has a great privacy and you feel like you are totally alone in the nature yet it is minutes away from the civilization so you don’t feel scared at all. The owner Margarita is a lovely lady. We also rented our car from her son Kostas. Everything was so convenient and nice.

Mrs Mammous, owner of the property was very helpful and supportive from the begining of our holiday to the end of our stay. Karfas bay view studios is in front of the beach, close to wonderful restaurants. 8-10 min. to the port and Chios center. You can easily go the main ancient places by car.

Hospitality.. They are so friendly and helpful ❤️ The studio is very well positioned.. close to the beach anda also close to chios town. Everything is available even for long stays. It was very clean.

It’s clean and nice location

Everything!! It was beyond expectations. To start with, the location and the facility itself is beautiful. Every room is built in a way that it can somehow face the sea. Gardens are amazing. When it comes to the room itself, all of the details are well thought of. Pots, pans, new and clean, oil, salt/pepper, everything available if you want to be stay in and cook. Room is very well sized, beautifully designed. Staff is more than helpful, always smiley. I can only say praises about Iris Studios, hopefully I will be back again.
