Hotels with Parking in Loutrá Elevtherón

Very comfortable house and polite host. I recommend this place!

We had a great stay! The internet was fast and reliable, which was very important for us since we worked during our stay. The kitchen was very well equipped with everything we needed. The whole area is quiet and peaceful, and the beach in front of the apartment is perfect. There are also many beautiful beaches nearby.

The villa is wonderful! What I like the most is the exterior - the barbecue in the summer kitchen, the big table where you can watch the sea while having breakfast, lunch or dinner, the shower in the garden, the almost private beach ! I recommend the place to everyone that likes silence and calmness. There are no shops or bars nearby in walking distance. You definitely need a car if you want to go somewhere else. The beach is rocky but we had aqua shoes and don't feel it as a problem.

My husband and I spent 3 nights in the upstairs apartment. The accommodation is very comfortable and includes a living room, which also has a fold-down double bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom, and a huge terrace with an unforgettable sea view. We loved being so close to the sea, waking up and falling asleep to the sound of the waves. The terrace is well covered, making it comfortable to sit outside most of the day. Some reviews mentioned internet issues, but for us the Wi-Fi worked perfectly through mobile, only going out briefly twice. We heard there are nice beaches nearby, but we mostly stayed at the one in front of the house. It’s very close and well-equipped enough to spend a few days relaxing if you don’t want to go anywhere, just like we wanted this time. The beach is rocky, but there are a few entrances to the water. We found one that suited us best, which has rocks at the entrance but then leads to a sandy area that is perfect for swimming. The water is clear and clean. Just watch out for the large rocks in the water, as there are sea urchins, but if you find the right way in, like we did, you won’t have any problems. Vasilis is a wonderful host, friendly, communicative, and accommodating. He provided a list of places to visit and had a thoughtful gesture for us when we left. The property is beautifully maintained, very tidy, and full of small details that impressed us. We highly recommend this place, and we will definitely come back. If I could, I would give a score of 100 instead of 10.

Pictures show exactly as the villa is - big kitchen and living room, terrace for evening rest , 5 meters away from the sea with a private beach for the guests. It is private , soundproof with the sea waves sound in the night. The whole villa is equiped with mosquito nets and airconditioned. It is perfect for divers , there are great reefs in this area. The communication with the owner is easy and well.I recommend this place as a 10 star place and mark for re-visit.

The location takes your breath away, it is a model of modern architecture, avant-garde design, quality in absolutely everything that is available to you to have a high class vacation. Far from all the agglomeration specific to resorts, it is like an island of peace and tranquility. In addition to the best quality equipment in the house and the modern design, the location has many relaxation areas, terraces, flowers and a lot of wild nature. You don't need beach bars or shops because the beach is a few steps from the house, so you can enjoy everything in the most exclusive way possible. The house is fabulous, the sea and the beach are in the yard of the domain, you have absolutely everything you could want for a Kardashian-style vacation. Thank you for giving us extraordinary memories for a lifetime, in addition to many smiles and kindness of the incredible hosts.

We were really happy to get to the beach house after a very long and exhausting journey. It's a decent size house with an external bathroom and kitchen. The garden is really charming. We had a wonderful family time, although I had to do some work as well. What do you need to know? The road is fine and parking is in front of the house. There is an iron gate and a driveway which divides the property from the owner's house. You will be greeted by a gang of furry kittens and a fluffy dog. Check in is easy, the owner will meet you and show you around the property. For the coffee maniacs: The coffee machine is for filter coffee or you can use an espresso machine. There is a water boiler, contact grill, big fridge, the stove and oven and microwave as I remember correctly. You have a dining table in the kitchen or you can eat outdoors. The bathroom is perfect. Shower, basin and toilet. There is an outdoor shower as well. Very convenient. Just in front of the house there is a stony beach. Great for fishing! We went a bit farther and played with out boys in the rock pools. There is a sandy beach as well. Nea Peramos is close by, so if you have enough of solitary holidays you may as well visit the coastal towns. Have great food in Kapilio, have a stroll to the harbour and relax with a coffee by the sea. We would like to thank the owners for the patience and kindness towards our family. We have two autistic boys and they loved the holidays to the maximum. We just bought the same garden seats, because they loved them so much. 😁 We are definitely coming back in the winter for some more relaxing time.

The villa has everything you need, the owners have thought of each small detail to make your stay pleasant and not to mention the amazing view.
