Yes, for such views of the mountains and the sea for breakfast and dinner, that you should choose this villa! And what a starry sky at night! I saw such stars only as a child. I really want to visit again!

This is the perfect place to explore the Rethymno region. In less than 30 min drive you can reach to the Rethymno old town and a dozen of nice beaches on Libyan sea, We liked most Plakias beach as it is perfect for children. If you are in a good fit, I'd recommend Sandhill as well. The famous Preveli is nice but it could get very crowdy and the path down and up may be a challenge for younger children. The villa is very cozy and was a perfect fit for our family - a parents bedroom on the ground floor and 2 bedrooms for our 3 children on the upper floor. The kitchenette was more than OK for our group. We enjoyed also the garden, the pool and the BBQ. The communication with Lena was great. She was very polite and answered all our questions promptly.

We loved everything about this place. The villa was in great condition and super clean. Everything looked almost new, the pool area was wonderful, the kitchen well equipped, and the bedrooms very nice and comfortable. The owners maintain the place them selves, and do a great job! Aggeliki (the owner) met us on arrival and showed us around the house. She was helpful with suggesting places to go. We drove various trips and enjoyed being away from the busy northern coast. They really went above and beyond by bringing homemade salad and treats. Can’t say enough good things about this place and the wonderful family running it.

Staying at Ms Venetas Villa was one of the most dreamy stays we had while traveling! The villa was amazing, exactly like shown in the pictures. The place is very big, clean and properly equipped so we felt like home from day one! The pool and jacuzzi made our holiday more relaxing and had that taste of luxury. The access to the villa is super easy and you can find anything you might need in the shops near by. Ms Veneta brought every day fresh eggs and vegetables from her own garden which was very sweet and showed what a great host she is. We had such a great time staying at Ms Venetas Villa that we are making plans from now to return next summer!
