This small stone house is situated in a remote traditional village on the western coast of the island, away from crowds and all the hassle. Actually it was the main reason for us to chose this property and it provided everything and even more than we expected. The house is even cuter than it shows in the pictures. Decorated very tastefuly, the very soft and white towels, very nice smelling linens, the living room, fire place, kitchen, small patio for a night drink, it was all amazing. Our dear host Stefanos thought about everything. It was a very pleasant welcome surprise for us to find cold beer and cold water in the fridge after a long day of travel. Also small details made the difference. For example, mosqiuto repeller or the medicine for possible bee stungs with labels in english on them were all well thought. Since we travelled by car we had the luxury of reaching secluded beaches close to the village, which I can count at least 4 of them instantly. The nature, the sound of silence, amazing views, good food. All in all it was a very beautiful and fullfilling holiday for us. We definitely consider going back.

My stay at Porto Limnia was amazing!! I was so pleased that the pictures on line matched the actual property. I would highly recommend this property to anyone traveling to the area. I will definitely return next year 😊

A perfect value-for-money holiday home for those looking for a peaceful getaway away from the crowds on the western side of the island. The house is clean, comfortable, and equipped with everything you might need during your stay. Having breakfast in the garden while listening to the birds in the morning and falling asleep to the sound of the waves at night was simply wonderful. Three different beaches can be reached within a 2–10 minute walk. One of the most memorable experiences was walking down to the beach at night and watching the breathtaking spectacle of millions of stars above the sea. Truly a unique and unforgettable experience.

Everything was excellent! The village is very beautiful; our room was very, very clean. Our host is one of the nicest people I have met; she helped us out with everything whenever we needed help.

Exquisite view in a wonderfully renovated traditional house. Its location is within walking distance from the village square. Highly recommended!

Very nicely decorated elegant room. 1 min walking to a very nice beach on a naturally protected bay, sea is amazing. Modern tv, espresso machine and other utilities were so nice. Housekeeper Vicky wad lovely, she was there whenever needed.

Great place for peaceful vacations! The accommodation was clean and pleasant!

Beautiful accommodation at the top of Volissos. Views are wonderful and there is on site parking which is helpful considering how steep the village is.
