Friendly reception late in the evening (9pm) with some baked goods. the apartment was very clean and looked like new. Everything was very well prepared (wifi access, kitchen utensils, bathroom supplies), nothing was missing and everything was well thought out. The parking is directly nearby in front of the building.

The villa was incredible, amazing pool, comfy beds, loads of activities to do. The host was very nice and was quick to respond to anything we needed - they even dropped by a lovely home cooked meal on our final night. We only stayed for 3 nights but wish we could have done more. Would definitely recommend if you want a bit of chill time from the city.

We were greeted at the property by the owner, Ana, who spent a considerable time explaining all the features of the property and grounds to us. Even after Ana left, we were able to contact her with any questions and got almost instant replies. It's difficult to imagine a more helpful, generous and invested host of a property! The property has everything you need and more besides. Everything is very clean, comfortable and works without any issues. The conversion of the house uses every inch to maximise space so that it never feels small. There is spacious parking, two working terraces, an open braai area and a wonderful bar area that has a superb ice machine! The pool is spotless and warm and has a cover to retain heat and keep leaves out. The air conditioning worked brilliantly and quickly. It's a rural location so you will see the villagers working with animals and produce. The location is 5 mins drive from Lidl and Tommy supermarkets and about 26 mins to central parking in Split centre. There are good beaches at Dugi Rat - less crowded and clear water. Pack swim shoes! Overall, a great place, made even better by Ana's enthusiasm and kindness!

The apartment is fabulous. Everything is new and exactly like the pictures. There was a lot of attention to details. There is a washing machine in the bathroom that doesn’t show in the listing photos and that was nice to have after coming back from the beach with wet clothes in the bag. The place is quiet, the bed comfortable, the owners are friendly, I highly recommend. This apartment will be our choice for sure if we ever to back to Split. If you’d like to have great coffee, try Kava2 in Split.

There was even netflix for free at the apartment so my kid had something to see in german. The place is really near the highway and you can even visit the stadium of hajduk split. There was free parking and the night is very quite due to no traffic in the street in fron the house. The appartment was really clean and the fridge was on so you didnt have to wait to cool down your stuff.
