The hotel arrangements were great! The rooms and beds were comfortable. The included breakfast we tasty and filling - made fresh! The staff were welcoming and helpful. Could not ask for more!

I loved the location, and the breakfast was delicious. The view from the top floor was great!

It is a specious apartment with three bedrooms - one double and two single bed ones, the kids were happy to have their own rooms :) It is a walking distance to the center where there are many choices for dinner including local dishes. The property has a private parking. There is also a bakery near by. The owner was very polite and spoke fluent English. We had a good sleep before continuing our trip on the next day.

The location could not have been better. I do not drive, but could walk to town and - surprisingly - to the Water Tower. I had taken a taxi to the Villa on arrival, but after getting my bearings I even walked back to the bus depot when I left. Breakfast was lovely. The owners do everything and they could not have been more charming.

Great stay in excellent location

A beautiful, comfortable and very clean apartment/house, nicely equipped and with a large terrace. The walk to Vukovar town centre is pleasant, especially along the Vuka River, and Adica Park is also nearby. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Vila Rosa has the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in. Perfect condition for a good night rest. The room was impeccable and equipped with all kinds of amenities. Nikolina was very helpful with providing explanation about the late check-in. The house had the loveliest kitchen and lobby and terrace where we had our morning coffee. Can’t wait to spend another night here. We only needed a place where we can spend the night before continuing our travels but on our way from Vila Rosa we were seriously discussing spending a weekend there some time in the near future. If you need a place where you can truly rest this is the place for you!

Overall excellent, affordable, decent and grounded multiroom apartment stay in Vukovar. The bed was very comfortable oncluding the room, kitchen and bathroom. Nothing was missing. It is quite large.
