I think we had the whole 26th floor to ourselves or the 36th floor. It was really nice. The staff and the restaurant were absolutely incredible. I don't think I've ever had better service in a restaurant. They went out of their way to accommodate every request we had. I was on a special diet. I can't recommend this place enough. The head chef in the kitchen on the 23rd floor was an absolute picture of professionalism.

This was my second stay at Fairfield by Marriott Jakarta Bekasi o, and once again it exceeded expectations. The hotel truly stands out in Jakarta, especially being brand new — from the very warm friendly staff to modern furniture to the fresh, well-maintained interiors, everything feels thoughtfully designed. One detail I really appreciated is the overall ambience and scent of the hotel. From the moment you enter until you settle in for the night, the atmosphere is clean, calm, and welcoming. The soundproofing is excellent, ensuring a quiet and restful stay despite the busy city. A major highlight is the hotel’s direct connection to the newly opened pakwon Mall. Having a beautiful, modern mall just steps from the third floor — seamlessly linked to the hotel — adds great convenience for dining, shopping, and relaxing. This second visit only confirmed my first impression: consistent comfort, quality, and convenience. I would happily return and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Jakarta.
