Hotel location is good near Jakarta Airport

Location and staff are very friendly, room are bigger than my expected

I’ve been traveled in some hotels in Indonesia, but this accommodation has the most comfortable bed. In fact, it’s a new accommodation in Tangerang. The location is not far from the airport (approx. 30-35 minutes).

The staff was exceptional, and exceptionally helpful. No matter what gripes we might have had, the sheer quality of the staff employed made up for it and more.

The location was good, the pick up from the airport was great.

It’s very nice for the visit staff is so friendly

- I stayed in a one-bedroom and a living room apartment for one night only, and I was genuinely happy by how clean, tidy, and comfortable the apartement was. Everything was well-maintained, and the room looked just like the photos. - The price was very reasonable for what was offered, and the location was convenient, with easy access to shops, cafés, and transport. - The room service was also quick and respectful, and the staff made sure the place stayed in great shape throughout my stay. - I’d especially like to thank Mrs Junita, who was incredibly helpful throughout the whole process although my arrival time kept changing due to Puncak-Jakarta traffic. She responded to all my messages very quickly, answered every question I had, and made me feel welcome even before I arrived. Thank you, Mrs Junita, for making this a smooth and pleasant experience. Highly recommended!

- Size, clean, quality of the room - Breakfast selection and good taste, space and design of the dining area, helpful of the staffs, warm pastry (best croissant) - connection to the mall

The hotel met our expectations. It is very clean and has a friendly and helpful team. The location is excellent right next to a large shopping center. We can highly recommend the hotel.
