IrelandCommunication from the hose was brilliant. In advance of arrival, I got the exact location details, check-in procedure and all the necessary local information you need to plan your visit to Valencia Island. It also included local attractions and suggested areas to visit. The Bus itself is full of character. Slept 5 of us easily. Toilets and showers are right next door. The bus has cooking facilities that we didnt use. The shared kitchen at the Stone Cottage is well kitted out and basic breakfast supplies are suppled - cereal,tea/coffee and bread/toast. Well worth the visit.

The location is superb, close to Portmagee for Skellibg trips and the local restaurants. It is beautifully quiet and self contained(no adjoining rooms so no other guests) and on a clear night you can see the stars. Safe and secure with plenty of parking. Both the room and bathroom are newly decorated so everything is very fresh, having a fridge is a nice touch. Declan the host was super helpful and his food recommendations were spot on. Looking forward to going back.

Beautiful, quaint cottage with tasteful, 'old Irish' decor in a lovely location full of wild nature & scenic views. The host had made an effort to put up beautiful Christmans decorations for us - a lovely gesture. Ample parking. Very comfortable & clean beds with more than enough extra blankets. Promised mod cons were there & working. Having no TV was amazing! The peace & quiet at night was extraordinary & we slept extremely well.

The house was very clean, and linens were soft and in excellent condition (comforters were not worn or "pilled"). The location was excellent -- beautiful view, sweet small yard and privacy around the house. Parking important, pull up right next to the house. Separate laundry room / utility area was wonderful (many houses have washer appliance located in the kitchen, which is a huge headache -- especially for families with children! Thank you for allowing us to stay in your lovely cottage!!
