The room is good, but the facilities and service are very disappointing. There is no water, no heater,no exhaust, and no proper cleaning. The staff’s behaviour is extremely poor and unprofessional. The room rate is too high compared to the facilities provided. There is no proper hygiene or cleanliness, and the overall service does not justify the price. Definitely not worth the money.

We had a wonderful stay at the villa. The host was very welcoming and ensured everything was well arranged. The villa was comfortable, well maintained, and had all the necessary facilities. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and hassle-free. Overall, a very pleasant experience and highly recommended!

Everything... Literally everything..... From the moment I took the booking to the checkout and even after, the entire family was of exceptional behaviour. Especially Christo the owner, who went the extra mile to ensure our trip was as enjoyable as possible, including sourcing a lovely birthday cake. Exceptional character from Saji sir as well, informing us of the local tales and their bee farm. The location was extra clean with a waterfall view from the balcony, which we could swim as well. Peaceful and serene landscape. Hundred percent recommend. Once you go there, you'll know it yourself. Loved it.

We loved every aspect of this wonderfully considered and curated property. The history of the building lends charm and romance whilst the modern additions of spa and swimming pool create a comfortable boutique experience. We were absolutely bowled over by the dining experience offered by Vanilla County. The food was interesting, fresh and creatively presented. The gardens are truly remarkable in such a wonderful setting. Finally, every single member of staff made us feel totally at home and honored guests.
