I had an incredible time here; the staff and location truly stood out with their exceptional service and helpfulness. The cleanliness and tidiness were impressive. Moreover, staff is very quick to react to issues, I ran into a problem with paying a taxi bill, they paid it for me in no time saving a big hustle. I am very thankful to the staff.

Really amazing experience. The location is superb inside a quiet and peaceful small island in Kochi, away from all the hustle and bustle. Perfect for a relaxing getaway. The swimming pool was really refreshing and the garden and the deck area provide a really nice place for evening or morning strolls in the nature with a spectacular view of the Backwaters. The staff is also very friendly especially Aishwariya at the reception and Imtiaz were really helpful and took care of all our needs.

I really love being able to get up in the morning and go over to the pool for a swim before breakfast and it’s so kind of them to organize this with the Ramada that you can use all of the facilities and enjoy an incredible breakfast!

Me and husband loved the stay here. Shyju the care taker was so polite, humble and kind. The owner was also helpful. The breakfast was amazing. Property was big & the view was amazing. I highly recommend to stay here. 10/10 for us.

The property was designed so beautifully with so much attention to detail. The staff were amazing always available for anything that you could possibly need. Robbie was THE best having any information you might want. The rooms were very comfortable. Everything had air conditioning, the outside space was so relaxing. It’s so hard to describe how perfect this place was. The chef was also amazing and the food was excellent. I would definitely come back again again.
