Hotels with Parking in Polem

I have never met earlier as accommodating as Nelvin, the proprietor at Niko’s. First, as previously arranged, he came to the airport to pick me up. On the way back to the hotel, he gave me a quick tour of the area we were traveling through, a little bit of the history, culture, and customs. No, give me an absolutely beautiful room – at the back of the hotel, overlooking the river. Every morning and evening I was treated to the sight of the fishing, trollers busying themselves for the days catch! While I was at the property, he checked on me numerous times to make sure everything was all right, whether I needed anything, etc. A couple of days, I was a little under the weather. Melvin had breakfast brought up to my room, and made me fresh lime juice to keep me hydrated. Try getting that level of service anywhere else! On a couple of occasions, Nelvin even stopped to chat with me and my friends while we had breakfast, discussing hotels, neutral plans, look at activities, etc. The property is brand new, very well tended, and personally oversee by Nelvin and his family. With only 12 rooms, you’re assured personalized service. Overall, I cannot recommend this hotel, sufficiently enough! Close to beaches, restaurants, shopping, with a great staff, and professional, yet caring service, and a fantastic view of the river at the back of the hotel, this property simply cannot be beat!

This is an amazing stay and totally worth of what they charge given the service, food, location and bus facility available right infront of this stay. Preethesh is such a nice guy always ready to help whatever you are looking for like giving good suggestions for food if you want to go out. Suggestions for the places to look around etc. They allow you to cook if you want to do so by getting seafood etc from local market. They give lovely home food specially the Malvani fish Curry and Fish fries and finger licking :). Thank you Preetesh and your family for making this stay amazing with such lovely home food. It's nearby from the beach (2 mins of walking from the hotel) Staff were helpful and cooperative.

Nicely hidden at the riverside, cozy place with spacious rooms and a pool. Very nice owners, also the receptionist gave me a warm welcome. The place is super quiet, there’s no restaurant but breakfast is provided and there’s several restaurants where you can order all kinds of food which will be delivered. If you rent a scooter you’re right between Patnem and Talpona beach which are both some 10 minutes away. You can rent kayaks next to the hotel entrance and enjoy a relaxed paddle along the river. If you’d like to do yoga, there’s a few people who you can book a session with.

Really great value yet extremely comfortable. The cafe was really nice and the food delicious! The staff were amazing and arranged our airport transfer seamlessly so it was an easy trip.

Peaceful and well taken care of the staff was very helpful and pleasant. If I have a suggestion would be to offert salads on the menu
