While searching in Google for a good homestay near Kozhencherry to attend a marriage function, I stumbled on this property, Swasthigriha Homestay which is just 3 Kms from Kozhencherry, in Aranmula. My selection didn't disappoint us since I was travelling all the way from the US with my wife and 2 children. The warm welcome from the host,Mr. Varma and his caretaker Mr. Rajendran chettan, from the beginning, made us feel very welcome and as if we are are visiting our own relatives. They truly follow the golden mantra in the hospitality industry "athithi devo bhava" The property is well maintained, and the inside ambiance is not just good, but luxurious. We booked the suite room, which has a big master bedroom with attached bathroom, living, dining, and a full kitchen with gas and stove top, which made us feel like our own home. The complimentary breakfast which we selected from the breakfast menu (puttu and kadala curry) was delicious. Overall a memorable stay experience. Thank you Mr. Varma and Rajendran chettan for your wonderful hospitality.

Our host was warm and helpful, providing local information and ensuring our comfort. We also appreciated his prompt responses to our queries, which made our trip smooth and enjoyable. This home is beautiful, clean, and well-maintained. It comfortably accommodated our group of six adults, and the amenities were excellent, especially the air conditioning and automatic gate.

Property looks like an old kerala house but bedroom and bathroom was all done up modern. All staff were excellent, they went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. especially Martin. owner was there once or twice a day to check on us.

1. Amazing location and its peaceful for a family to stay over for a week. 2. The house was well maintained. 3. Very spacious and opulent. 4. We loved the ambience and interiors and we have a dream to buy a house of similar sorts 🙂

I had a very good stay at this property. The service was efficient and professional, with staff responding quickly to any requests. The amenities were well-maintained, and the room was clean, comfortable, and properly equipped. Overall, it’s a reliable choice for a comfortable and hassle-free stay.

Everything was fine, well managed and owner was nice and was available at any time.

Food was well prepared. utmost care was given to small details.

Our stay at Eon Nest was excellent. The property perfectly fits the requirements of a serviced apartment, with all the desired amenities easily accessible.Overall, we highly recommend this property

A very clean, will maintained hotel

The service was hopeless, food was inadequate, long wait, staff did not know what was happening. They brought a couple of idli's and puris when we were so many of us. Breakfast time not followed so we were late to attend the wedding for which we had specially come and selected the hotel close to the house
