Very comfortable room in a gorgeous, eclectic property. The old barn was a beautiful setting for breakfast, and watching the scenery through huge windows. The hot tub and sauna were very welcome after a long day of exploring the peninsula. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and friendly- will definitely return!

Great location, very quiet and rural. We had a great view of the Aurora in mid-January. The owner was very gracious and offered us traditional svid (sheep head) to try in addition to the regular lamb meatloaf, fish, pasta, and potatoes. It's a traditional Icelandic dish but a bit intimidating to order in a restaurant as your whole meal, so this was a real treat to try. It was good, especially the cheek meat.
