Many thanks for the warm welcome, thanks to Sarah for the smile, help and kindness - with patience and with great English. For a moment we thought we were the only guests in the hotel (there were other guests). Thanks for the breakfast and especially for the smile and help.

The location within walking distance of the promenade around the walls and St. Frediano Basilica was appreciated. Convenient parking across from the hotel was a bonus. The excellent breakfast with quality breads, cheeses, and fruit topped it all off. Staff was very helpful--even called to return an item I left behind. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and highly recommend this hotel.
