This lovely house was by far the best place ever. The host is a charming lady , very gentle and friendly who would help anytime you need. The peace and quiet of the house and the view was the perfect rewarding after of day of sightseeing. I loved it! I’m already making plans to go back there next summer.

This is a beautiful house, restored with excellent taste and design. It keeps the charm of the old farm houses and simultaneously the modern amenities are there. It is a house full of unique details. Everything is simply perfect from the decoration to the quality of the towels. We felt very welcome and the coffee/tea supplied were appreciated.

Everything was perfect. Starting by the hosts - they are just the nicest people ever! It felt like we were visiting family. The house has everything you'd need and more! The location is perfect if you have a car, Menaggio is 10' away, the Piano lake is right next to it, with a beautiful walk to get there, and Lugano lake is also super close for a quick visit. Everything was also super clean and well organized. Would definitely recommend and come back if we have a chance.

The property has just been renovated, into a beautiful, stylish, colourful and cozy place. Everything you need is there; from kitchen appliances and board games to calm seating areas to work and a beautiful terrace for relaxation. The view from the rooms and terrace is breathtaking – you look right into the valley between Lake Como and Lake Lugano. To cool down, there is a fantastic river + waterfall close by (10 minute walk), where you can go for a plunge and read a book. In the village itself there is a bakery, two mini markets with all you need, and the best butcher in the region (according to some friendly locals at the nearby pizzeria). Lastly, the host (we met Corinne) is a lovely person; very easy going, flexible and enthusiastic. We had arranged a meeting point for the keys, she showed us around, and the check in and check out worked out seamlessly. Highly recommended!

Everything was perfect! We liked our big clean room and cozy balcony where we enjoyed Italian wine with a view on mountains (there is a variety of wines in the restaurant and you can also buy a bottle and take it with you). The restaurant deserves separate mentioning too. The food there was delicious. The staff is also very friendly. It was our first trip to Italy and thanks to this guesthouse we fell in love with Italy!
