Elisa is a very courteous hostess. Her top priority was to ensure that we had a pleasant and enjoyable stay. We greatly appreciated this, and her commitment was above average and outstanding! From the start, she shared some locations for shopping, recommended restaurants, and provided a free Italian breakfast with lots of coffee capsules (four varieties) – very accommodating! She also offered us more than enough tomatoes from her own garden – so kind. In addition, we were allowed to use the washing machine without any complications, our cat was allowed into the spacious courtyard with garden, and even after a dispute between our diva and her cat, she gave our princess some space. What can we say? We haven't experienced such hospitality in over four months of traveling and more than 20 accommodations! This was our first contact in Italy, and she made our emigration more than sweet. There is also more than enough parking right around the corner at the church, where you can also charge your car. A clear recommendation, and I have never been so happy to write a review. Many thanks for the start, the care, the communication, your efforts, understanding, and warm, open manner! We felt welcome from the moment we entered the gates. Cold drinks, homemade popsicle ice for the kids and freshly picked figs from his own tree. Michele is a wonderful host, speaks perfect English and very playful with the kids. The breakfast, in his private dinning next to the open kitchen, is adjusted to your preference and no request is too much. Everything is homemade and prepared with love. The accommodation itself is large and well maintained. There are mosquito nets for the windows and AC for the hot summer days. The paintings on the wall can be taken down if the kids (like ours) find them a bit scary. :) While Gualdo might seem like a quiet town, Michele knows a lot of nice places in the nearby area to explore; bakery’s, restaurants and beaches. No question or request is too much. Overall we highly recommend this place!

One night while traveling from the south of Italy, the host accepted a later check-in without any problems. Very nice and well maintained accommodation. The beds are very comfortable. Unlike hotel breakfasts, the breakfast is nice, freshly prepared and very tasty. Everything is done with style.
