Such a beautiful hotel with friendly staff. The $5 breakfast was a feast for our teenagers. The air conditioning was a treat, because it was above 37C outside. From here it was easy to get to Venice and Lago di Garda.

Firstly, the property was very easy to find. Secondly, Filippo goes out of his way to make sure that guests are comfortable and feel welcome. His assistance with visiting Padova’s attractions was invaluable. The breakfast is homemade by Filippo’s mother and is hearty and delicious. All in all this location is extremely comfortable, very well located and extremely good value.

It was perfect. Very clean. Good sized rooms. Comfortable (twin room). Classic Venetian but also modernized. Accessible with a lift. We had a had a view onto the street. The breakfast was fantastic - including fresh baked goods and good coffees to go. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. The location was a perfect location to explore the city, it felt very local! None touristy. Would definitely recommend and would definitely go back!

Very convenient location for what we needed. Quiet location, so we could get the rest we needed. We could park or car in a gated area adjacent to the apartment. Laura, the owner, was (is) very pleasant to talk to, very kind, and available for our needs, if any.

Cozy apartment in the very heart of historical center, around the corner from the main square. The place is crystal clean, well equipped with much attention to detail (also including consumables such as soap, shower gel, paper towels, cloths, washing liquid and tablets etc) and nicely furnished and decorated. The view from the windows and from the rooftop terrace is great. The hosts are kind and helpful, communication was fast and efficient. It was definitely a great stay!
