It was a good experience. Anna, the receptionist, was always very kind and attentive. She offered service above expectations and provided excellent information. The room was very well-maintained and clean, the bathroom spotless, and the breakfast was better than expected. I would return again and recommend it.

The best welcome and service! We were impressed on how nice and warm everyone was, specially the reception. What a fantastic team! The room itself was very cute, clean and comfortable, and with a beautiful view. Location was perfect! We had such a wonderful time, we definitely recommend and if in Venice again, this will be our top choice.

Its located close to the airport and there is a bus stop right outside (we took a bus directly from the airport to the property). It is also a bus ride away from Venice city! Very convenient. We also loved how beautiful the flowers, trees and greenery were -good photo spots.

First of all staff is helpful and very good. Mr. Saad was honest and friendly. We really enjoyed his conversation. He made our experience better, guided us through some nice places in and around Venice. It's located next to tram and bus station. There is tram every 15 minutes to Venice and in 15 minutes you are in Venice, also 15 minutes to Mestre train station. Location is good as it's in the center of Mestre. You can also buy your tickets at the place. Nice breakfast, clean rooms, and great location overall. Excellent value for money.

This was by far probably the best accommodation we had during our Italian vacation. We booked it because of the location, 7 minutes from the airport, so we can turn in our rental car and head to Venice. This place was very clean, big, comfortable beds, AC. They had a playground inside the yard for the kids. The young lady that let us in was extremely nice and walked us in and showed us around. They are somehow associated with Colors Pizza (that's where you get your room keys from). We arrived late in the evening and decided to wat there, the food was amazing.
