Everything! Calm and beautiful atmosphere and amazing food! The pool was much appreciated by the whole family as it was 35 degrees outside. Stunning sunsets, air conditioning in the rooms (not apartments) and very helpful personnel. Most knew English which made everything easier. The best Italian breakfast we came across during our stay in Italy (not fond of the sweet breakfast concept idea).

Everything was perfect, Susanne is very kind host. The apartment has everything we needed, there is big garden with lot of spots where you can chill, pool and beautiful views ( you can see Montepulciano). Susanne invited us for degustation in her wine cellar in Montepulciano, her wines are really great :).

the property is amazing! in a privileged region, the view is stunning! and really quiet and warm facilities . the manager Mario and the staff makes all the difference, always friendly and ready to support. I had an issue to rent a car and Mario did everything to support us! definitely we will return!

This is a comfortable little flat in the town of Montepulciano Stazione, which btw is different to the town of Montepulciano. (Check Google Maps before you go.) It has everything you need for a pleasant stay. It's also slightly below street level, which means it's a bit cooler than most buildings during the hot summer months. Although the host can't speak English, if you have questions which she can't answer she will put you directly in touch with other English-speaking family members, and they will answer your questions over the phone. In an area which is quite overpriced in general, this place offers good value for money. It's also quite nearby some beauty spots like Castiglione del Lago, which is definitely worth a visit. If you stay here, just be sure that you understand how the front door closes, so you don't lock yourself out. It has an unusual system which takes a bit of getting used to. But once you've got it, it's no problem.
