The Hosts are soo welcoming and helpful! We really felt like at home. The private beach is quiet and beatiful, a perfect place to relax. We really enjoyed the nature aroud the house and the green view. At night we could hear birds from the forest when we opened the door. We would definitely stay again at this wonderful quiet place! Great location with a beautiful view on the lake. Very quit, a lot of space to play on the ground, small private beach with good entrance to the lake. The apartment is big with all necessary stuff including BBQ. A big wooden table on the veranda is a perfect place to take a breakfast and dinner on open air. Polite and helpful owner who was a pleasure to talk to.

The staff was very helpful and service oriented. We were grateful that they helped us sort out a way to get to our room after normal check-in time. After a long trip and many delays on the way this felt very smooth. The room is nice and the bed comfortable. The breakfast was good. We didn't spent much time in the hotel but went to their beach restaurant in the lake. It was nice as well.

Very sweet and cozy place at a beautiful small village close to Lago Maggiore! The staff is super friendly, the room has a lot of space and everything you need. Excellent restaurant with super sweet staff right next to the hotel. Highly recommended and I will be back for sure!

The apartment is located in really quiet area. All the facilities are top notch!! There are couple nice restaurants and convenient stores nearby. Davide and his wife (the owners) are amazing hosts, they assisted and gave us a lot of recommendations about the surroundings.
