Clean, comfortable, spacious, friendly host, good breakfast, pet friendly, easy to find, good price. We were walking the Via Francigena and booked here. It’s a little far off the path, but it’s along a short tappa, so it was fine for us. We enjoyed our stay here.

My son and I stayed here and it's a great place, with clean comfortable rooms and a secure yard to park the car if driving. Luigi, the host, is a real gentleman and can't do enough for you. He even cleaned the pigeon poop off our car in the morning before we got up, totally above and beyond the call of duty. Highly recommend as a place to stay for a night or two. Thank you Luigi

Very comfortable home. It was perfect for 4 wary travelers looking for a comfortable place to stay. The beds were very comfortable and Eliza was quite helpful when we got lost and needed a place to eat.

Very close to our route and convenient. Quiet! Impeccably clean with thoughtful amenities. The property owner was most gracious, welcoming and kind. She provided a secure place for our bicycles, which is essential for us.
