The house was traditional but had been beautifully modernised. Kitchen and bathroom were very well-appointed. Despite being hidden away in the olive groves above Pergo, parking is available (approx 100m from the house).

Thank you Francesca. Your property was just amazing and we had the most delightful time. Excellent location to travel to Florence and Siena. Cortona the local town was beautiful and so nice to pop into for a drink, much or dinner. The property is immaculate and so clean. Probably the best villa we have stayed at in the world. Thank you again. We would certainly love to return one day.

The setting is very idyllic although we found it a little hard tofind. However the hosts proferred great assistance. The terrace is very nice to sit on, both during the day and in the evening.

Everything was perfect ! A beautiful hotel with beautiful garden in a great location -few min. drive to Cortona . Lovely staff, great breakfast , beautiful room and excellent restaurant for dinner . David the owner pays attention to every little detail and makes sure that everything will be perfect . It’s a great hotel to have a quiet relaxing vacation in Tuscany .

We loved everything about this property! It was beautiful from the villa, the scenery to the pool! Our Villa was amazing, clean and spacious! It exceeded my expectations! Better in person.
