Ricardo, the owner was accommodating to our request to check in at 11pm though we ended checking in at 6pm. Other accommodations near Teatro Silenzio refused check in after 7pm. Breakfast was great offering lots of selection and wide choice of barrista coffee. Dinner at the hotel restaurant was delicious and convenient since we were rushing to watch the Bocceli concert 15kms away. The waitresses were also friendly and accommodating.

Incredible views of the tuscan hills from the room. - Great kids playground and very well maintained tennis court. - very nice apartment with high ceilings - very nice and helpful staff - clean rooms and bathroom - the restaurant attached has AMAZING food but note they are separate to the resort and may not be open when you stay.
