Donatella at the facility always responded timely to my messages and made special accommodations that my friend and I each had our own bed. The facility is peaceful and quiet in a very nice country setting with several horses nearby. It is also within walking distance to the airport. Donatella aslo picked us up from the airport train station and showed us how to get around. Since our flight was very early, she booked a taxi for us, which showed up right on time and made our return trip less stressful. Overall, a very nice stay and wonderful experience!

It’s a nice property, we had a lovely stay near Grado (it’s about 15 min drive). The village in which the property is located is quaint, room was basic, but had a good size balcony. There’s free parking available in front of the property. Overall, all good. Owner was helpful and friendly.

The host has been amazing! Rosita and Alberto have been really kind with us and our kitty Ares have had the chance to play with their cats. They also have a lovely dog, and they have been absolutely amazing in trying to get our cat be friend with Zanna, their dog. Best pet friendly place you can find!

An incredible and unreal place! We've hit a new farmhouse next to Italian vineyards! The buildings are new, the rooms are spacious, the furnishings are modern and up-to-date, everything is even crackling because everything is new! All the essentials were provided - bed linen, towels, access to a separate kitchen at all times, internet connection. Lots of personal Italian attention from the hosts. Breakfast is prepared. Convenient location, parking space available. Hosts live next door. There's even a swimming pool, it just wasn't very usable. A truly unexpected and wonderful discovery! I recommend!

Convenient location near the TRS airport. Very polite and professional team at the front desk. Excellent service and cleanliness of the rooms. The hotel is near a shopping center/supermarket and also has a good restaurant for dinner.

Patrizia our host went above and beyond to pick us up and drop us back up at the airport even though it was a very early take off.
