The owner Mr. Damion Murray is excellent with communication about anything you are in need of he's on point with all his Operations staffs Ms. Meek, Ms. King and Ms. B, Mr. Clarke the kitchen manager and all the security officers, ground staff this property is the best place to relax. Breakfast included the food is freshly cooked and wholesome, pool is perfect for the weather. The property is very clean and any thing you need the staffs is there before you ask. The property is beautiful with flowers 🌺 you can take a stroll early morning walk if choose to do so, there is a supermarket, ice cream 🍨 🍦 shop freshly made, pizza 🍕 shop, ect, the Beach ⛱️ 🏖️ is a stone 🪨 throw away rain 🌧️☔ which is nature most of my stay There are so many good things to say about the staff and property the rest is for you to come and experience. Can't wait to read your reviews. I depend on your review this is how I stayed there. Big up Sand and Tan team !! This was such a real Jamaican experience from start to finish ! The rooms are nice n comfortable, clean and exactly what you need, we spend most of our time outside anyway.... Staff were super Amazinn, always smiling and plenty vibes.., verry attend ... Spent so much time on the water right in front of the hotel, took the paddle board out and just floated around for hours....amazing .... Such a nice way to spend the mornings. The local food full a flavor, proper Jamaican cooking, and there was music playing that just puts you in the mood, real Jamaican yaard vibes!! . Between the food, the music, and the ocean right there, ... im in love with Jamaica now !! Sunsets from the hotel are gorgeous too, we sat out most evenings just watching the sky change colors over the water. Great value for what you pay honestly.

We really enjoyed our stay. The atmosphere was very cozy, and we felt truly at home. The hotel had a unique charm that made us feel like we were in old Hollywood. Everything was wonderful, and we would love to come back again.

I like everything the staff are very friendly they have good customer service. and the property was very very clean.

First, I want to express my gratitude to my host, Mr. William; he is a truly genuine person. My trip to Jamaica was incredible, from the moment I left the airport until I arrived at my destination. The facility is breathtaking, featuring a secure code entry system, a security guard on duty 24 hours a day, and a gate that closes at 7 PM. The landscaping is beautiful, and both the views from inside the house and outside the apartment are stunning. The sound of the waves splashing against the wall is incredibly relaxing, and the apartment itself is very quiet. The Apartment was clean and well put together. There is a small supermarket just across the road if you'd like to prepare your own meals, or you can drive into the town of Ocho Rios, which is only 10 to 15 minutes away. I also want to extend a big thank you to the restaurant & Bar across the street; they provided me with amazing meals every morning and every evening and the view from the restaurant is gorgeous as well. I will be saving this one for my vacation again. Thank you, Mr Williams. Sorry for some strange reason, I can't upload the Pictures, if I can.

Loved the little private cove. Host was friendly and accommodating. Pool and surrounding areas were all very clean. Great for a romantic getaway. Highly recommend!

The property was super clean and well decorated! I felt right at home. It was in a private, quiet area that felt very safe. We had the pool and sea cove to ourselves the whole time! Location was a close drive to Ocho Rios and other fun activities like Dunn’s River. Jordan was extremely accommodating, helpful, and responsive in answering our questions and giving us recommendations and where to eat, visit, and any other questions we had. I stayed with my boyfriend so we had a lot of space - a larger family would definitely fit there comfortably.
