The evening meal was a delicious curated seasonal multi-course menu, with tender wagyu beef as the highlight. The staff were so attentive even though we had very limited Japanese. And of course the room, onsen and view were amazing.

The service at this hotel was exceptional. The gentleman at the concierge was truly a highlight of our stay with his warm and welcoming nature. When I mentioned that we were looking for a restaurant with vegetarian options, he immediately contacted a local spot that fit our needs and arranged a taxi for us as well.
