Convenient, easy to get to. We were lucky to get the solo room away from the communal room since we were traveling with a 4yr old. She could make as much noise as she wanted. Facilities were new and clean.

The house is wonderful and it's the perfect place for a relaxing beach holiday, especially if you are going with your family and kids. You definitely need a rental car to reach it because the house is secluded, right by the sea, surrounded by tobacco fields. From there you can walk a few minutes to reach a gorgeous beach called GI beach and enjoy some time there. Staying here felt like being home, as if we had moved to Ie island, it felt really cozy and comfortable. The kitchen is well-equipped, so it was easy for us to cook every day by buying fresh food from the local supermarket. There's a yard where you can sit outside and enjoy nature, as well as a terrace on the rooftop from where you can admire the night sky. You can see the mountain in the center of Iejima from here. Fun fact: there's tiny lizards circulating in the area, since it's so close to nature. They are cute and we didn't mind them :)

1. Simple and clean, with all the necessary supplies. 2. It's only a 30-second walk to the beach and grocery store, which is great! 3. It is so considerate to provide beach slippers, mosquito repellent, clothes drying supplies, and disinfectant! 4. There are microwaves, ovens, and rice cooker, which are very convenient for people who want to cook. 5. Kitchen supplies are provided taking into account the convenience of users. For example, two detergents are provided, one for washing dishes and one for pots. The drain rack directs water directly to the sink, eliminating the need for wiping with a rag...etc. Apparently the supplies were provided by people who actually used the kitchen. 6. The plants in the yard are very beautiful. The owner must take good care of them and prune them. 7. It’s like staying at a friend’s house, making it easier to relax. 8. The beach is really, really beautiful!
