Host was wonderful, and provided lots of information. We got to choose a different yukata for each day we were in Kinosaki, and we received separate yukatas for staying indoors for the night. As we are westerners, the host showed us how to properly wear them rather than leaving us to figure it out. We also received passes for the onsens for each day of our visit. The bathroom was luxurious, and many items were provided in case you forgot something - toothbrush, hair tie, razor, etc. The room was very cool and quiet.

Loved the matcha ceremony and how welcoming the family was! I will recommend any family and friends to stay here while they're in Kinosaki Onsen! This place was beautiful and the private onsens were wonderful.

This was my favorite place in my Japan travels. The house is very nice and charming, it has such a relaxing vibe to it. The hosts are very helpful and nice. The food was very good, I tried all the dishes. It's also only a few meters from the beach.

The hotel was stunning. Gorgeously designed, impeccably clean. We felt instantly welcomed into the space. Every staff member we met was attentive and kind. The crab dinner was delicious and the Japanese breakfast was impressive and so tasty. We visited for our honeymoon and were surprised with an amazing dessert plate which added so much to our trip. The private baths were stunning. This stay was the highlight of our trip to Japan.

The quality of the food is really incredible! We had several kaiseki meals in Japan and this was the best. The staff were lovely and helpful. The room was large and clean. The onsens that we got to use privately were very nice.

I loved staying here! I stayed in a Japanese style room and it was the most comfortable room out of all the hotels I used during my trip. But I would say the main selling point is the staff. They were phenomenal! They were very welcoming and super accommodating. The front desk staff were always willing to answer my questions. I wish I remembered her name, but I want to thank one of the front desk staff making me a last minute dinner reservation the day before. The food is also another selling point. Breakfast was something I looked forward to; it was very filling despite the small portions! If I had planned it better, I also would have liked to have dinner every night of my stay. The servers were very attentive and explained any dishes unfamiliar to me. Shout to Peco for her help at dinner!

The location worked well for us. At a quiet end of street without traffic. Very close to the rope way and some public baths, shopping, etc. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
