Staff was very kind and gave us good informations. It was nice Loco welcome Drinks. When I needs Amenities, I can pick up anytime at lobby. Location was excellent. Very close from all of the places. Hotel is offering for bicycle but all of the places are walking distance.

A few blocks from the train station, this place is in a quiet neighborhood. I love the traditional Japanese tatami mat and futon set up. Their filter coffee for the rooms was delicious.

A very well maintained hotel across the street from the train station. The corner deluxe twin room had an amazing panoramic view of Shizuoka. The staff was very polite and helpful. The breakfast buffet was excellent (ice cream in three flavors!!!)

Perfect location. I could get to/from the station without hassle. The room was clean, which is an important factor for me, so I liked that. The staff were friendly and helpful, which I appreciated.

Old Family Onsen . Not for some Tourists who want fancy smancy . Family and kids here . Good food but not fancy . No English but very friendly and welcoming .

Felt like a Japanese for a day! The house is very spacious and clean. It was decorated in Japanese style wich really impressed us. We went there by car so it was easy for us to reach the house. The host is very nice. She will appoint you to pick up the key at a store nearby and will lead you to the house. We have four people but we think the house would be able to fit more people than that. The facilities were awesome. We had a great experience there.

I liked all the in room amenities that were offered.

The ryokan was beautiful including the rooms and the garden. The food was exceptional. The service was first class. I highly recommend it.

If you truly want to embrace Japanese culture, I highly recommend this resort. Be sure to request the breakfast option during your stay. The meal is outstanding. This property is definitely used by locals in the area. The massage services were excellent.

Very comfortable futons, lovely staff that spoke fluent English, house was nicely decorated and aircon was functional.

The room is tidy and clean and the hotel staff also very kind. The hotel is very close to the station, also has a big supermarket that 24hrs open nearby. Really a good place to stay.

It was a really pretty room as the other reviews said and the cleanest love hotel I've been to. Nothing broken, no weird smells, no bugs.
