It's not luxurious but they just get a lot of things right. The baths are spacious and comfortable with free frozen treats to relax with afterwards. There are complimentary washing machines, which are really appreciated by travellers with many days on the road. There's late night ramen. Our corner room wasn’t big but it was well arranged. The windows open to let in a little fresh air. The location is in the heart of town right near bus routes. Some of the staff speak English and offered a lot of help.

We loved the staff(very kind, respectful, helpfu), our room, amenities, and the delicious breakfast buffet(the lady who greetedusevery morning was so sweet. She was always looking for ways to help). It's been a wonderful place to stay while traveling.

The staff was nice when I arrived. Affordable and comfortable for sure. There is a Lawson about 2 blocks away, just in case you need to go to the convince store. And Hachinoche station is walking distance. I would stay there again if I go to Hachinoche again.

Old Showa-era Hotel. We stayed in a smoking room and it was not so bad, but those sensitive to smoke smell should avoid. Great location. I'd stay again. Good value for money.
