The onsen and spa from a natural warm spring are outstanding, bathing under the stars or watching the sunrise - feeling the fresh air while sitting in lovely warm water was amazing. The bedrooms are large and comfortable, the staff are super helpful. Perfect retreat and 20 min from the airport in Shonai. Idyllic.

Very clean, friendly staff, delicious food, accommodating for children. While English is not spoken there they went above and beyond using translator apps to tell us about the meals. We had a bathroom with a private onsen which was relaxing and easy to use and our room had a beautiful view of the sea.

The hotel has quite a charm, the room was small but still super comfortable. It has a restaurant for breakfast which is a buffet, really delicious, they had Imoni which is one of the local specialties and overall food was great. Is located at a short walk from the station so you have great access to buses and there’s even a mall near the station. Staff was friendly and super professional.
