Andy and his team were incredibly welcoming and super helpful. Everyone was friendly and spoke English. One of the Hakuba ski resorts is in walking distance and the food at dark horse was outstanding. The hotel is super clean, beds are incredibly comfortable, it’s nice and and warm everywhere, and dogs are welcome. We’ll be coming back for sure.

I like everything here, especially Mr. Taka and his wife. They are so lovely and kind. They helped us with everything while we were in Hakuba. Our family had a problem with the tires, which were not snow tires, so they gave us great advice on how to solve the problem. While we were still unable to drive our car, Mr. Taka was so kind to take us to various places, such as convenience stores, etc. Our family was very grateful for their kindness. We were very impressed. If we come to Hakuba again, we will definitely stay at “Pension Bonnard” again! Thank you again to Mr. Taka and his wife. 😊
