The breakfast is great, especially for family with kids. Location is convenient, very close to Tomari Port and walkable to the monorail. Service staff were polite and helpful. Overall very comfortable stay and great value.

Amazing value for money, perfect location - right by the ferry port, about 5-10min walk to monorail station and the main shopping street. The staff was lovely and the roof pool and hot tub absolutely perfect after a long day!

All things considered, we had an extremely pleasant experience at The Richmond. . . . . , cleanliness, staff cordiality, and comfort were all "top-of-the-line"

The location is so good, near to miebashi monorail 🚝 station from Naha airport ( after 7 stations), makishi market.

Great location, lots of bars and restaurants within walking distance. Extremely clean and useable layout. Laundry machine in every room is a nice touch.

Early check available for 1000 yen per hour, good price and flexible service.

Once I got the elevator code and the door code it worked out, but I had to make several calls to get that information.

Absolutely new property, super comfortable and full of amenities for a totally reasonable price. It’s over the port so perfect for day trips to other islands or for a stop in Naha overall. We’ll be back!

The location was super close to Kokusaidori, the monorail, and a few of our planned activities. The owners were very kind and responded to my messages promptly. The room was very clean and spacious. The park next to the room was very nice to walk around, and the park cats were so cute!

The location the staff the ease of parking

The staff were great, and helpful. The rooms a cery comfortable and ckean and we got everything we needed

The location on the corner of Kokusai street is excellent. The tourist informationCenter across the street, also a bus stop and the next Mono rail station Makishi , the Public market, many restaurants with music at night, all available conveniently reachable on foot. The Master Sommelier Minoru TERUYA was a pleasure to get to know. He made sure the restaurant ran perfectly to everyone’s satisfaction. The hotel appeared like a museum. All 9 floors are packed with beautiful drawings and paintings, historical, modern, contemporary, abstract. Even some paintings from Hollywood actor Tony Curtis. The nightly Japanese hot bath and soak in tranquil zen like surroundings.

Modern room, very clean, great central location and friendly staff. I did not eat there but the restaurants looked good, although maybe a little expensive.

Location was great, rooms were super small, but bed was big. It was great.
