They provide free shuttle bus that runs from 4 pm to 10pm to take guests/pick up to/from the town centre where all the public onsens and shops located. 3. The hotel has its own private onsen. After trying both the hotel's and one of the public onsens, I like the hotel's onsen better as it was not crowded as the public one. 4. The breakfast they served was good. We quite enjoyed it. 5.
