The room was super clean and the bathroom was big enough and even better than some of the more expensive hotels I stayed in Seoul. The staffs were friendly and there 24/7 so if I needed anything, I would just go down. I was so satisfied with the customer service that I actually extended my original reservation and booked a 2nd stay. Will definitely be coming back again!

Superb location, outstanding service, beautiful property, fantastic breakfast!!! My favorite hotel in the whole world now! I travel a lot, and was amazed by what Sofitel Seoul had to offer. Exquisite design, detail oriented, classic French style. Breakfast to die for, the most amazing spread I’ve had worldwide. Excellent excellent service, all staff are all smiles and extremely helpful.

Magnificent views from our room (95th floor) and also the 79th floor lobby. Great service and outstanding facilities. Food is good, but pricey. Much better options in adjoining mall which is excellent and connected internally.

    Excellent deluxe room, with massive bathroom (with bath and separate shower) and huge TV, and even a PC! Large comfortable bed. It seems like cereals, toast, coffee and noodles are available all day (self service), so I had no problem having breakfast at 0600. There was easy parking too . Excellent value for money.
