friendly staff. very clean and modern facilities. although a wet bathroom, there is a shower separation. extremely convenient location, right in the heart of sokcho with amazing views of the lake. the building has a direct access convenience store and restaurants on first floor. 5 minutes walking distance to the sokcho tourist market. washing machine inside room was a bonus. the staff provides extra amenities and leaves by door side each day, if you're staying for more than 2 days I think. there is a paid coin laundry also on the first floor, if you need to quickly dry your clothes (but a little overpriced). overall an unexpectedly awesome experience. will definitely stay here again!

Really nice hotel with a nice hot-water pool roof-top. We were given a spacious family room - kid loved it. The place is close to a couple of museums, Skocho Eye and public beaches. Restaurants are all around.

Very comfortable apartment that has everything you need for your stay! The host was super welcoming and helpful. He gave us a ton of advice. There is a cafe on the ground floor, some restaurants around and the beach is very close by walking. The lake has a walking trail- it’s pleasant to do a walk in the evening. Incredibly friendly and helpful host, who makes the best egg sandwich as breakfast, comfy beds, next to the bus station, (intercity and to Seoraksan National Park), clean accommodation and quiet neighborhood

The location is great, just a minute walk to the beach. The view, especially sunrise, was incredible. The studio is on the 17th of 20 floors. The studio has a full-size refrigerator and stove top. There was also a microwave. The big washer and dryer in the room was a big plus. I used Google translate to figure out the settings with no problem. There is a 7/11 attached to the building. There are many restaurants within a short walk. There is a bus stop about a 1 minute walk.

The location is great and the view from the window was incredible. The room is clean and looks exactly like the photo. The host responds to messages very quickly and also provides all the necessary instructions for check-in in advance.

Modern, clean, comfortable, near the city bus terminal, local bus stops, a 711 on the first floor, many cafes and restaurants nearby, a quaint seaside neighborhood and right next to the beach. The view from the room and the balcony was breathtaking, and you fall asleep and wake up to the sound of waves. The host was kind, easy to communicate with, and provided all the information about check-up etc. also offered further assistance. I love this place so much that I added two extra nice. Definitely a top spot to stay in Sokcho where I vibe often.

This officetel was fantastic—spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and located in a relatively new building. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep every night. One of the absolute highlights was waking up to a stunning sunrise over the sea every morning right from the window. The location is also perfect, with plenty of great restaurants and cafes within walking distance. On top of that, the host was kind enough to allow an early check-in, which made the arrival so much easier. I highly recommend staying here!

A huge space, clean and modern with big windows to let in the sunlight. There's also lots of storage space. Right on the water and there are tons of local seafood restaurants and cafes within 5 minutes walking distance. The bus stop for the national park is also a short walk away. I would definitely stay here again!
