Very good location for families with smaller children, amusement park for children on the opposite side of the road. Right next door is located Marlen a patisserie with great option there is also a shashlyk place next door though we did not try that. The Shymkent plaza is in walking distance 15-20 mins. The ladies at the reception were very kind and polite the gentleman can learn some of it yet. The cleaning lady was very nice, always asking us on the corridor what we need. In overall a great experience for great value.

It is new and comfortable hotel. Breakfast is good, it is served in Bonzai restorant downstairs, restorant is also very clean and stylish. It was best place to stay for this value. I like everything here. Staff was freindly. We asked for extra bed before leaving for a city and they clean the room even though we just check in 3 hours before.
