Owner of the property lives nearby, therefore it's easy to contact him to receive the keys/wood for the grill/etc. The place itself was amazing, everything was clean and good looking. You have all the utilities needed. Internet connection provided by owner (although we didn't use as it's amazing to enjoy the silence and day without internet). Place was near to Grobina and Liepaja (Approximately 5km to Grobina, 10km to Liepaja). 10 out of 10 definitely!

* Modern and clean interior with all necessary kitchen appliances. The only thing I missed was the hairdryer. * Hot tub right near the house. * A local grocery store is available in a couple of kilometers. * The quality of water is very good. Uninterrupted hot water supply thanks to the big boiler.

The location is very beautiful, esthetic and feels cozy, the seashore is in a 3 minute walk. The closest shop is in a 7 minute drive. The house is very nice, very comfortable and warm when its cold outside. All the necessary utilities for living and cooking are available. Already planning our next trip to the Seashore Holiday House!
