Mein Aufenthalt im Riverside Guesthouse war eine wunderschöne Erfahrung. Alles war wirklich sehr gut – von den sehr sauberen und gemütlichen Zimmern bis hin zum leckeren Essen, das mit viel Sorgfalt zubereitet wurde. Was diesen Ort besonders macht, ist die außergewöhnliche Gastfreundschaft. Man fühlt sich nicht nur als Gast, sondern als Teil der Gemeinschaft. Die familiäre Atmosphäre und die Aufmerksamkeit, die man bekommt, machen den Aufenthalt noch besonderer. Die Lage ist ideal für alle Naturliebhaber und Wanderbegeisterten, besonders für diejenigen, die die Routen des Peaks of the Balkans erkunden möchten. Ein perfekter Ort, um die Berge, die Ruhe und die wunderschöne Natur der Umgebung zu genießen. Eine Erfahrung, die ich gerne weiterempfehle und an die ich gerne zurückkehren würde

The hospitality was exceptional from beginning to end. The owners and staff were incredibly kind, attentive and genuinely welcoming, and the beautiful natural surroundings, farm animals, delicious breakfast and warm atmosphere made the stay feel truly special. We also loved meeting the other guests and experiencing the relaxed, communal spirit of the place.

Lovely staff, excellent onsite restaurant, super convenient right at the trailhead for the best hikes in Prokletije NP! Also, surprisingly excellent wifi considering the remote location (which ended up being nice since we had a bit of flu and spent a couple days resting around the property). Would absolutely recommend to anyone and would also stay again ourselves!

Nice and quiet area, even though it's located near the road, rooms are facing the hills. Nice outdoors terrace in the backyard. Very hospitable staff, accommodated our needs. The rooms are spacious, have all necessary amenities which are new

I had a wonderful one-night stay with my wife. The rooms were impeccably clean, the owners were incredibly friendly and accommodating, the food was delicious, and the view was absolutely breathtaking. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. Highly recommended!

Very great location, all PEAKS OF THE BALKANS, can be reached by walking it is in center of vusanje . Comfortable room with clean bathroom. Staff was amazing and helpful, cozy cabins, also if you’re looking for tent, the best place and the best view 😊

My brand new cabin was a perfect base for exploring Zla Colata and beyond. The owner is very helpful and thought about every little detail to make my stay comfortable. I will be back!

Amazing food. Heaters in each room great for after a cold day of hiking :)

The cottage is in the garden of a family house where the owners live. They were absolutely wonderful and were eager to accommodate everyone. There was no problem understanding English. The breakfasts, which are included in the price, as well as the dinners, which are paid for, were absolutely fabulous and practically made from home-made ingredients. They have a small farm there, their own vegetables, eggs, milk from cows. They take amazing care of everything, as well as their guests. Since it is on the PoB route, most guests only stay there for one evening. We spent a perfect 4 days there.

I had an amazing stay at Heaven Retreat! The location was beautiful, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. It was the perfect place to relax and unwind.

Staying at Bana’s place didn’t feel like a guest house, it felt like staying with family. When I arrived she picked me up from the bus station herself and had several cold drinks ready so I could pick whatever I wanted after the long trip. I’d only booked a single bed but she gave me a whole private room, which she does for everyone whenever she has space. The room was super comfortable, the bed and pillow especially, and there’s a luggage storage room too. She cooked fresh, delicious food for me every single day, no matter what time I showed up, and introduced me to her family so we’d all sit togetherand talk and eating fresh fruits. When I needed a taxi to Prokletije she arranged one through her contacts at around 40% below the normal price. On my last day she even drove me back to the bus station and woke up at dawn to make sure I caught my early bus. If you’re hiking in Gusinji, you won’t find anywhere better or anyone kinder.

The room is very comfortable, with a large and comfortable bed and a shared bathroom. The dinner was excellent (14€) and the host were very welcoming. It's a bit beyond the Balkan trail itinerary, but there are many lodges around. Thank you!

Very kind host. The lady there put much effort in trying to satisfy all our needs. The rooms were clean and the food amazing. Surely i will book again in the future

The perfect guest house. We came super late (we climbed to Zla Kolata) and they wasn’t mad. She even made us a dinner. It was the best soup and chicken with potatoes I ever had. And the breakfast was also delicious. All the family was super nice.
