The staff are very helpful and friendly and so accommodating. The manager is kind and extremely helpful, he will go to great lengths to organize trips and safe transportation for you and is very honest and transparent. The hotel is quiet and calm and the rooms are clean. The rooms are quite big and feel very safe. Even though I only spoke English and couldn't understand the staff they were very patient and we used a translator app. I highly recommend hotel le lagon.
