Everything! The place is beautiful. The room is nice and clean. The common areas are big and the view is stunning. You can see the sunset from the roof. Almost in front of the beach and close enough to walk to the center, but also peaceful at night. It's the perfect place to stay in Holbox. Also that part of the beach is quiet and clean.

Wonderful house with enclosed garden in a very quiet area. Everything you need to feel at home. Nicely furnished kitchen and Netflix for the kids to watch. The hosts were amazing and the caretakers took great care of us. Great communication. Would definitely book this again. If you are looking for a private, beautiful house, book this!

We had a wonderful time at Sabina’s place. It’s located right outside the centre and a stone’s throw away from the beach, making it the perfect location for our family. The apartment itself is very nicely decorated and has everything you need. It’s spacious and stays cool during the day. Sabina is a wonderful host who is happy to help out. Would definitely want to stay here again if we come back to the island.

Awesome place! Little hidden gem i would say. The owners were super nice and helpful, kids enjoyed nice pool and we enjoyed the pation in the evenings. Hire a local guy to transport your luggage for few pesos, because the road to there is very sketchy, but its close from the bus stop and the ferry.
