This property is fantastic. It’s like a mini boutique resort with so many facilities, many of them quirky and unique, but at the same time so tranquil. For the price it was excellent value. The room was large, airy, very clean and had travellers in mind, e.g multiple clothes hooks for towels, suitcase racks, spaces for storing items. The activities on site included a tour of the tortoise nursery (a must!), a gong bath, not to mention the fantastic underground cave with saline swimming pool. We also paid for massages which were excellent and super relaxing, clean and professional al spa. The staff were also excellent - very attentive, friendly and helpful. Properly the best service we’ve received on our two week holiday whilst in Mexico. On site restaurant had a great menu with a variety of local and classic dishes, high quality cuisine. Do not hesitate to stay here! A little out of the main centre but 6mins by taxi, only 20 mins to some of the best centres in the area.

Beautiful design, the rooms are decorated with great taste using furnituew from the area. We received exceptional service by the owner. There is no parking but the street is safe. The hotel is located 10-15 minutes walking from the city center and 10 from the Cenote. 100% recommended if you are staying in Valladolid!

Super lovely room and great value for what we paid. It is run by a friendly and caring family. Walkable distance to the town centre. Breakfast was included with our stay and they insisted on waking up early to prepare it even though we had to wake up early to drop off our rental car in Cancun. Parking is on the property behind a closed gate. I would definitely stay here again.

This property is beautiful. You feel verysecluded but centro is just a few minutes away. It’s a great location from which one can explore all of Yucatán. Concierge was outstanding. Arranged several excursions for me, all of which were perfect.
