We had a great stay here! The apartment was clean, modern, and easy to find. Communication with the host was smooth and quick throughout our stay. The location is fantastic, located in the same building as the Boulevard Shopping Mall. The apartment was comfortable and well-equipped with everything needed for a relaxing stay. All rooms are air-conditioned. There is a washing machine and other appliances provided, such as a hot and cold water dispenser, fridge and microwave oven. The living room has a sofa, a small table and a big TV, making it a great area to relax in with the family.

    The location is perfect, a great spot to explore between shops there and "The Spring", the parking lot is secured and monitored. The hotel is very lovely, the rooms were impressive, comfortable and very clean. The management should invest in making a swimming pool with pool bars and restaurants perfect for families, and a sky view of Bintulu city.

    Location good. Easy to find and have to lots of parking lots. We did not try the breakfast, but, I believe the food must be good too. Rooms is very comfortable and clean. Definitely will be back for our next trip.

    Functional shower heater and hair dryer. Iron and iron board are provided in the room. Large and fresh towels every day. Nice view of the city from level 4. The basement parking have security and safe to leave car overnight. Location wise is nice, easy to find and easy to move around.
