it is very near to putrajaya sentral. owner is very responsive and caring. free parking area downstairs. it's an old apartment outside, but the house we stayed are very beautiful, clean and they even have a coway. we loved it!

First was that the host/owner was very responsive. I've had some "trust issues" with similar booking app so I made sure to communicate first. For context, my previous experience with this kind of booking taught me to NOT just rely on the confirmation. If the owner doesn't communicate, they are most likely engaged in multiple bookings and they will just cancel on the day cz they've given the unit to somebody else. The hassle it brought me was more than just refunding the booking fee I paid. We had to look for another place to stay and it was way more expensive already. But this one was exceptional. The owner responded right away so I know he/she is aware of my booking dates. Second, the location is very close to the bus stops (Precint 16 and Alamada bus stop). The property was livable. It was really a huge plus that they have a water dispenser. Last point was that the TV has a working netflix LOL and the internet was fast enough. It's kind of nice to chill after a long day of tour..... Overall it was a comfortable experience.
