The room was perfect - clean, well set up with an ensuite bathroom. It's only a five minute drive to the airport, so it was the perfect location for our late night domestic arrival and early morning international departure the next day. It was just what we needed. Emilie and Xavier were both fabulous and easy to communicate with. It was so useful having the option of transport with them. I would highly recommend this accommodation.

The location was excellent. The apartments are within walking distance to excellent restaurants and the beach. They are also within walking distance to an excellent small shopping centre. We booked 3 apartments for family members. This gave us the opportunity for both separate and together time.

Very nice and helpful staff, lovely people! Booked just 1 night and ended up staying 5 so obviously can’t give less than the top rating possible here. Location is perfect, super close to the beach. Room was very quiet (facing away from the street), AC too! Spacious, with fridge and comfortable bed, hot shower, amenities - what more do you need? Really enjoyed our stay there!

The staff were very helpful as they pointed out that we had booked a 'Art' room which was in a building that did not have a lift. They could see my wife was having trouble walking and offered to switch to a room in the main hotel building that had a lift without charge. The manager even upgraded us to a suite room (included a large balcony) to help. The room was well laid out and the bed firm and comfortable. We were asked what type of food we preferred for dinner and tried to get a booking at the best local French cuisine restaurant and also organised a taxi for our outing. Fantastic customer service.

Fantastic stay at Hotel Gondwana! Perfectly located in the CBD, making it easy to explore the city on foot. The room was modern, clean, and very comfortable, with all the amenities I needed. Staff were friendly, helpful, and made me feel welcome throughout my stay. A great choice for both convenience and comfort, 7 minutes walk to Port Moselle (local food stalls available every night near the market) and 20 minutes walk to the main Ferry Terminal. Taxis are cheap too —I’ll definitely stay here again.
