Friendly and helpful staff, great breakfast. Hotel situated outside of Oslo city, which is easily accessible by frequent buses (20-30min ride). Underground parking option available at discount prices (ticket valid 24 hours). Don't forget to register your car licence plate upon arrival. Note that max vehicle height is 2.2m. There are some quiet beaches 5min walk from the hotel.

The staff were great. I arrived more than two hours early and was allowed to check in at no extra cost. They also kindly stored my luggage for several hours after I checked out. The room was large and clean, and the bed was comfortable. The shower was spacious, with strong water pressure. The breakfast was excellent. Overall, I was very happy with my stay at this hotel and highly recommend it.

Scandic Holmenkollen Park has opened its doors again, after extensive renovation and remodeling.

The hotel, services, staff, location is perfect. We booked superior room and it’s very comfortable, beautiful design, and amazing view over Oslo and the fjord. We found beautiful hiking trails around the hotel. Easy access to city center by metro, only 20 minutes. We enjoyed breakfast, great waffle with raspberry marmalade!

The rooms were brand new, remodeled and very clean. There was laundry in the basement that was very convenient and the shared kitchen and living room area was very beautiful and comfortable.

Exceptional hotel, everything is great. The decor is fantastic - the hotel is beautiful and displays art in the common areas, there are many sitting areas with comfortable chairs, books, fireplaces etc. and even a grand piano in the annex, where we stayed. The pool and sauna are one of the best I have tried. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, ours had a little patio area with a view of the surrounding woods. Breakfast is varied, copious and delicious - and served until 11 am at the weekend! Location is also great - in the mountains but easily accessible from the centre of Oslo on the metro.

I needed a wonderful place to stay with free parking. It was so nice and quiet, and having free parking is an absolute positive. I also liked how it was out closer to the fjord and away from the loud and busy city.
